This dark chapter in both Turkey and Armenia’s history now has the bilateral political momentum to be reconciled, creating a momentous opportunity for development agencies to implement long-term strategy for cooperation and engagement between the two countries’ communities. This urgent opportunity for peace and reconciliation in the South Caucasus must not be missed.
